Simple boundaries that protect FileMentra customers, recipients and infrastructure.

Not yet effective. The operator legal name, registered address, privacy contact, governing law and launch subprocessors must be confirmed before production. This draft describes the product as currently implemented and must receive jurisdiction-specific legal review.

Do not misuse FileMentra

Users must not use the service to break the law or another person’s rights; distribute malware; facilitate fraud, phishing, exploitation or abuse; harass or threaten people; store or share content without required permission; bypass access controls, quotas or threat scanning; probe other tenants; scrape the service; or interfere with availability.

Security research

Good-faith testing must stay within the published Security Policy. Do not access other people’s data, perform denial-of-service testing, use social engineering or retain data obtained accidentally.

Enforcement

FileMentra may investigate, quarantine content, limit a feature or suspend access proportionately where needed to protect the service or comply with law. Emergency action may occur without advance notice; otherwise FileMentra will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond.
