The essential cookies and browser storage currently used to keep FileMentra secure and remember requested actions.
Not yet effective. The operator legal name, registered address, privacy contact, governing law and launch subprocessors must be confirmed before production. This draft describes the product as currently implemented and must receive jurisdiction-specific legal review.

No advertising cookies
The current application does not include advertising, cross-site tracking or optional analytics cookies. If that changes, FileMentra must update this notice and introduce consent controls before placing non-essential cookies where consent is required.

Controls
Browser controls can remove cookies and local storage, but blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, verified guest access or transfer continuity. A production cookie inventory must be re-run whenever a new provider or client-side SDK is added.
