Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Tax is added at checkout only where it applies. In the EU and the UK, plans are sold to businesses with a VAT number, and no VAT is added under the reverse charge.

Go past an allowance without changing plan.
Running out of room should not mean moving to a bigger plan you do not otherwise need. Nothing is deleted when you reach an allowance. Delivery counts every download and every file a guest opens, and pauses for the rest of the month when the monthly allowance is used.

Every paid plan is one price for the whole workspace. Pro holds up to 2 people, Business up to 5 sharing one pool, Vault up to 20. Vault access is included for the owner; each further person who needs it is $49 a month or $490 a year.
Going past an allowance does not delete anything. Coming soon: extra storage at $15 per 250 GB block, and delivery past the monthly allowance at $0.20 per GB. Delivery counts every download and every file a guest opens, each time, and downloads pause when the monthly allowance is used.
MFA enforcement refers to workspace policy, not individual MFA availability.
