Use Settings
Settings contains workspace and user-facing configuration that does not belong to a single workflow. Available controls depend on role and entitlement. Changes should be reviewed for their whole-workspace effect before saving.

Notification preferences control supported in-app or email delivery categories. Critical security or transactional messages may remain mandatory. Disabling a channel does not suppress audit recording of the underlying event.
