Compare revision history

A revision records that the reviewed material changed while preserving prior annotations and decisions in their original context. Confirm which file version each stage references before treating the latest status as final.

Use review evidence

Evidence links supporting files or records to the Review. Access remains permission-aware, and audit history records material actions. Export or present evidence according to its own classification and retention rules.
