Room recipient presentation

Accept an invitation, open external content, communicate safely, and understand expiry.

Accept Room access

Open the invitation link, complete any identity or policy step, and enter the presentation. The session is scoped to one Room and respects start time, expiry, revocation, role, and domain restrictions on every request.

Use the presentation

Recipients can browse external folders/files, preview supported content, download only when policy permits, and participate in guest-visible conversation. Internal content and controls never appear as hidden-but-fetchable records.

  • Do not share the invitation URL.
  • Use the same verified identity throughout the engagement.
  • Report unexpected content or access immediately.
  • Expect access to stop at expiration or revocation.
